Delivery is R49, or FREE nationwide on orders of R599 or more.
Orders are shipped across South Africa with The Courier Guy. In-stock orders dispatch within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days.
Tracked delivery
Tracking is sent by email once dispatched.
Returns & exchanges
Eligible unworn items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind and size-related returns.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags attached where applicable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind and size-related returns or exchanges.
Sale or discounted items remain eligible unless explicitly marked final sale. If an exchange size is unavailable, we’ll offer a refund.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, INNIT will fulfil its legal obligations and cover reasonable delivery costs where required. Photos may be requested where needed.
The original outbound delivery fee is not refunded for normal change-of-mind returns. Refunds go to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
